Shipping Policy

The flat shipping cost per box is € 20 for Italy and € 50 for Europe.

In a box (size 85x60x60 ) there are a maximum of 2 chairs assembled or up to 4 chairs disassembled.

We ship once a week via different couriers depending on the destination country. All products are shipped from our delightful studio in Milan, with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipments generally take 2-3 days for orders from Europe and 4-7 days days for International orders.

Prices for non-European orders do not include VAT, orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The customer is responsible for the import and is responsible for all laws and duties of the destination country.

When customs procedures are required, there may be delays beyond our initial estimate of the delivery date.

If a product is not received and is sent back to us, we will get back to you for a new shipment which may incur additional costs depending on the circumstances.
